l or a business entity, and time316.com, with its primary location at F316 Phase 8b, IT Park Mohali, India. This Agreement outlines the use of the Time316 program and the www.time316.com website (referred to as the "Software").

License Grant for Registered Users 1.1.a. License Grant.Time316, subject to the conditions specified in this Agreement, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the relevant term to use the Software solely in executable or object code form, and exclusively for Authorized Purposes in accordance with the Applicable Conditions. For clarity, if the Software was bundled with a personal computer, network appliance, or other hardware product, your license permits you to use the Software exclusively in conjunction with the associated hardware unit. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE BEYOND WHAT IS CLEARLY AUTHORIZED IN THIS SECTION, OR ANY ATTEMPT TO SELL OR DISTRIBUTE THE SOFTWARE FURTHER, CONSTITUTES A SIGNIFICANT BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY VIOLATE APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT LAWS.

1.1.b. Limitations. You are prohibited from, and you may not allow any third party to:
(i) duplicate the Software for any purpose other than what is reasonably necessary for its intended use under this Agreement, or for offline archival and disaster recovery purposes;
(ii) install the Software on more computers than allowed by the Applicable Conditions;
(iii) use any License Number provided by Time316 for Software on more than one (1) computer simultaneously, unless explicitly authorized by Time316;
(iv) share any License Number with anyone other than Time316 or Time316's designated representatives, as required for support services related to the Software;
(v) publish the Software or any License Number for purposes other than Authorized Purposes;
(vi) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, reconstruct, transform, or extract the Software or any part of it, including malware signatures and malware detection routines, unless explicitly authorized by law;
(vii) modify or alter the Software, including malware signatures and malware detection routines, unless explicitly authorized by law;
(viii) transfer, pledge, rent, share, or sublicense the Software, except in the context of selling, leasing, renting, or transferring the computer on which it is installed in compliance with the Applicable Conditions;
(ix) provide third-party access to or usage of the Software on a service bureau, timesharing, subscription service, application service provider, or a similar basis;
(x) evade or attempt to evade, or authorize or assist any third party in evading controls on the installation or use of Software copies.

Time316.com retains the right to terminate the accounts of users or companies engaging in verbal, physical, sexual assault, and/or harassment of Time316.com users, members, and employees.
